Customer Service Representative, Muscatine, IA               

Full time                                           

This position is a relationship focused and results driven Customer Service Representative to provide support for all customers by efficiently in a fast paced environment.  The CSR will process all customer orders, monitor shipments, and assist the sales team, as needed, in the development of new business and resolution of customer issues.

     Key responsibilities include:

  • Address all inbound telephone calls, customer callback requests and emails quickly, professionally and
  • Perform all data entry and order processing functions accurately and within the required time frames. As well as complete the array of customer support services, as needed, including shipments, credit, pricing, non-stock order updates and other services.
  • Run and review all daily required reports
  • Ensure all issues are satisfactorily investigates, resolved and documented. Make sure that any unresolved issues are forwarded to Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) immediately.
  • Daily check the RFS folder in order to complete the update of Contracts, Order Forms, and the Customer Blanket Purchase Orders with approved new stock items.
  • Maintain all customer contracts and order forms
  • Notify CSS when problem trends appear whether related to supply chain or product issues. Also, facilitate communication between customer and sales rep. keeping the sales rep up to date on all communications and potential outages or substitutions.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counting, as needed.
